Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located near Ben Thanh Market, which makes it perfect for exploring the local area and enjoying the food market nearby. The rooms may have some issues like thin walls and a slight smell but are generally cozy through a website booking.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms despite the lingering smell of old cigarette smoke. The bed was cozy, and the room size was adequate, though the concept was a bit unfamiliar to me. Unfortunately, the small window overlooked unattractive buildings, and the overall space felt constrained. The location is advantageous, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of delicious dishes displayed meticulously. However, the facilities were somewhat lacking, impacting the overall value for money.
The hotel room, although spacious, looked smaller than expected given the price paid at around $77/night. It wasn't as pictured on booking, leading to disappointment, and the rooms are on the smaller side. However, the service was excellent with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The location is excellent, being in District 1, within walking distance of important places, with a competitive price. The dining options were acceptable with both international and local Vietnamese food, though not entirely suited to the European palate. The facilities were satisfactory, but not outstanding.
The hotel is perfectly situated, offering a central location with quick access to major tourist spots. The rooms are welcoming and they even arranged for two side-by-side rooms for me and my children at no extra cost. However, there was a noticeable smoke smell lingering. The staff were incredibly helpful in providing all the information I needed for my first visit to Saigon.
I stayed here for one night and found the hotel to be clean and well-equipped with modern facilities. I loved the spacious shower, although the traffic noise was a bit bothersome at times.
The hotel offers well-appointed rooms with jacuzzi tubs, and the friendly staff make you feel at home. However, dining options could be more varied. The location is great for exploring the city center, but the busy sidewalks can be a downside. Overall, a comfortable stay with good value for money.
